Squires Roofing - Customer Reveiws

1) How Old Is Your Roof? Most experts will tell you that a typical roof will last between 20 and 25 years. There are many different factors which can also play a role in aging your roof even faster. For example, was your old roof removed before installing your new one or do you only have one layer of shingles? If your roof was installed over another layer or even several layers and is older than 20 years, chances are that you need a new roof.

2) Do You Have Curling or Buckling Shingles? Another sign that you may need a new roof is if your shingles are curled or buckling. One way to determine if this is happening to your roof is by looking at the slopes of your home that get direct sunlight and if you notice the shingles are curling and losing granules, it could mean the shingles are past their life expectancy. It could also however, be a sign that your roof is defective.
